8. What happens if I sign up for a course after office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. If you register for a course after office hours, you will receive your registration information on the following business day.
We strongly encourage individuals to register early and not wait until the last minute to ensure quality service, preparation, and availability.
9. Where can I find my registration information for the online portion?
After registering, you will receive an email directly from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association with login instructions to access your student portal and begin your online course.
You will then receive a separate email from Armstrong To The Rescue with details for your in-person training session.

10. When will I receive my certification card after completing training?
Certification cards are issued within 24–48 hours of completing your hands-on training session. Your card will be emailed to the address you provided during registration. Please be sure to check your SPAM/Junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you do not receive your certification card within this timeframe, please contact us at training@armstrongtotherescue.com for assistance.
11. What is Armstrong To The Rescue’s Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?
1. Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule Fee: A $25 reschedule fee applies if you request to move your registration to another class. Complete the Reschedule Form.

Time Restriction: Rescheduling is not permitted less than 24 hours before your scheduled class. If you miss this deadline, you must re-enroll at the full course fee.

Reschedule Insurance: For $15, participants may purchase Reschedule Insurance. This allows unlimited rescheduling as needed without additional reschedule fees. Complete the Reschedule Form to request a change.

Incomplete Online Session: If you do not complete your online portion prior to the in-person session, you will not receive a refund and must re-enroll at the full course fee.
2. Tardiness Policy
Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will be marked as a NO SHOW and will not be eligible for a refund. Students marked as a NO SHOW may register for a future class by paying 100% of the standard registration fee.
3. Course Completion Cards
Certification cards will only be issued once the course fee has been paid in full and both the online and hands-on sessions have been successfully completed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

48 Hours or More Before Class: Eligible for a 50% refund.

24 Hours or Less Before Class: No refunds will be given. Students must register again at 100% of the course fee.
5. Reschedule Insurance
Reschedule Insurance can be purchased at registration for $15. This policy waives reschedule fees and allows unlimited reschedules.
6. Class Cancellations by Armstrong To The Rescue
If Armstrong To The Rescue cancels a class, students may reschedule at no cost or request a full refund. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
