Cancellation Policy

At Armstrong To The Rescue, we are committed to equipping individuals with life-saving skills through our blended Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certification courses. Our training combines the convenience of an online learning platform with the hands-on experience of a virtual skills evaluation via Zoom. This course is perfect for individuals who need CPR/AED certification from the comfort of their own home. What to Expect: Our virtual learning model provides flexibility and quality instruction in two parts: Online Course: Complete at your own pace through the American Red Cross platform. Virtual Skills Evaluation: Meet with our experienced instructors via Zoom to demonstrate and refine your skills. How It Works: Registration: Upon registering for the course, email us at training@armstrongtotherescue.com with the shipping address where you would like us to send your single-use CPR manikin. (We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes—only physical addresses.) Please ensure all registration details are complete to avoid delays. Online Learning: After registration, you will receive a link to the Red Cross online course. Use a computer for the best experience (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari recommended). Complete the course and click "FINISH" on the final module. You will receive a completion email or see the confirmation screen, which must be provided to your instructor during the skills evaluation. Virtual Skills Evaluation: Join your scheduled Zoom session at the time provided (Eastern Standard Time). Bring proof of your online course completion (email or screenshot). During this session, our certified instructor will guide you through critical hands-on skills to ensure you’re confident and prepared. Important Policies: Rescheduling Fee: If the online course is not completed before your virtual evaluation, you will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellation Policy: Once your CPR manikin is shipped, refunds will be reduced by the cost of the manikin and shipping. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with a fee. Late Policy: If you arrive late to the virtual skills evaluation, you will not be able to participate and will need to reschedule. Certification Details: Upon successfully completing both parts of the training, your certification card will be emailed to you within 48 normal business hours.
